Exceptional Highlights: College of Medicine Baccalaureate Programs Mark a Year of Progress with New Leadership

The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine has had a significant year, highlighted by the largest incoming class ever, the launch of a new clinical anatomy certificate, and its first major philanthropic gift for undergraduate students. This progress coincides with the one-year anniversary of Dr. Kevin Haworth as associate dean for baccalaureate education, leading both the medical sciences undergrad program and the bachelor of science in public health.

Dr. Haworth credits the community of students, faculty, and staff for this success and expresses gratitude to his predecessor, Dr. Anil Menon, who established a strong foundation for the programs. Dr. Menon retired in August 2025 after a remarkable 35-year career.
