This promotion honors his decade of contributions and expands his leadership role within Allied’s national growth strategy.
Phillips joined Allied in September 2016 and has been instrumental in broadening the company’s national presence, establishing strategic client relationships, and solidifying Allied’s position in the hospitality renovation industry.
Over the years, Phillips has forged deep ties with hotel owners, operators, management companies, and industry partners, while aiding Allied’s expansion into related markets such as restaurants, food and beverage, senior living, student living, and private clubs.
In his new role, Phillips will oversee Allied’s national business development and growth strategy, concentrating on strategic client relationships, emerging opportunities, new market development, and aligning initiatives with the company’s long-term goals.
