The LSU Dairy Store will relocate to the Our Lady of the Lake Health and Interdisciplinary Science Center on September 8th. This move allows for a larger space, enabling an expanded inventory with more ice cream flavors and toppings based on student feedback. Employee Brennan Billodeaux confirmed that the new setup will accommodate both staple and specialty flavors, along with a variety of toppings. The store will be closed from September 3rd to 7th for the transition. If you’re looking to cool off, be sure to visit once they reopen!
