NORCROSS, Ga. – Sept. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ – Primero Games LLC (“Primero”), a provider of gaming content and technology, has announced the acquisition of the Gaming Division of Win Systems (“WSG”), which includes the Gold Club electronic-roulette business. This acquisition enhances Primero’s product portfolio, adding established slot and electronic-roulette offerings, manufacturing capabilities, and over 3,000 gaming positions across Latin America and the Caribbean.
The acquired operations will reinforce Primero’s international presence, particularly in Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Puerto Rico, and Panama, while allowing them to introduce additional game content and technology to existing customers.
