The reconstruction of Hiniker Parkway in Mankato is now finished, providing an important alternative route for local businesses ahead of the major Highway 169 reconstruction project scheduled for next year. The project also included upgrades to the Hiniker Pond parking lot, as well as the installation of new sewer and lighting systems. Final utility and finishing work is expected to wrap up in the coming weeks.
