GreatWater is expanding into Houston with the acquisition of Clutch Automotive, which operates seven locations in the area, bringing GreatWater’s total to 170 locations. Clutch will retain its name and leadership, with founder Matthew Schwab as an acquisition consultant. Andrew Boone will serve as the new district manager, and Trent Barger will act as the director of integration to facilitate smooth onboarding and future growth.
