Des Moines University (DMU) Medicine and Health Sciences has partnered with Baylor University in Waco, Texas, to enhance pathways for Baylor students seeking graduate degrees in health sciences.

Eligibility for DMU Programs: Starting July 2026, students enrolled in Baylor’s Master of Science in Medical Science will have access to five reserved seats annually in DMU’s Doctor of Podiatric Medicine program. Additionally, those meeting academic criteria can apply for various other DMU programs, including:
- Doctor of Occupational Therapy
- Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
- Doctor of Physical Therapy
- Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies
- Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical Sciences
