AnnurtriComplex is a clinically validated ingredient that employs a multi-faceted approach to support hair health, derived from the polyphenol extract of Annurca apples, which are exclusively sourced from the Campania region in southern Italy.

When taken as a preventive measure, AnnurtriComplex has the potential to ‘reprogram’ hair follicles, encouraging them to utilize glucose for energy instead of amino acids. This preserves amino acids for keratin synthesis, which is the protein that constitutes about 90% of hair.
“This not only prolongs the growth phase of the hair but also contributes to thicker and stronger strands,” Wiebe explained.
Addressing the increasing population of GLP-1 users, Wiebe suggested that AnnurtriComplex could serve as an ideal supportive ingredient.

Clinical Backing
AnnurtriComplex is derived from a specific apple variety that undergoes a traditional process to boost its polyphenol levels. These apples are harvested while green and then sun-ripened on straw beds to ‘stress’ the fruit, enriching it with Procyanidin B2.
A controlled clinical trial with 250 participants experiencing hair loss demonstrated that taking 400 mg of AnnurTriComplex twice daily resulted in a noteworthy enhancement in hair growth after 60 days.
Moreover, this complex has been shown to impact pathways involved in minimizing the conversion of testosterone to Dihydrotestosterone, a significant factor in androgenic alopecia.
