Kim Kardashian’s Daily 35 Supplement Routine

Kim Kardashian is thriving, and she’s happy to share her wellness journey.

Her secret? A daily regimen of nearly three dozen vitamins, which she considers a vital part of her preventative health routine.

“I take probably 35 supplements a day,” the 45-year-old shared with Amy Poehler during an episode of Good Hang. “I spread them out over three meals.”

While this may sound like a hefty commitment, Kim acknowledges that keeping up with the routine can be a bit daunting. She realized the importance of her vitamin intake after she decided to skip one particular supplement.

“I thought, ‘Okay, I can skip the fish oil for now; I’m experiencing pill fatigue and need a break,’” she recounted. “But after getting my blood work done, it became clear that I needed to start taking it again.”

Like many, the All’s Fair actress finds it challenging to take her vitamins, particularly the fish oil capsules, which she describes as “just so big.” Imagining an ideal scenario, she quipped, “If only there were an IV drip I could use every day on my way to work!”
