Alliant Acquires Brokerage Firm in New Hampshire

Alliant Insurance Services has announced its acquisition of Melcher & Prescott, a New Hampshire-based agency and brokerage established in 1862. With a workforce of 24 employees, Melcher & Prescott provides commercial insurance, employee benefits, and personal, life, and health insurance to clients in New England. Following the acquisition, the company will operate under the Alliant Insurance Services brand, based in Irvine, California.
