6th Annual Frankfort HarborFest: A Celebration of Community and Joy
Frankfort, N.Y. — The sixth annual Frankfort HarborFest brought together food, music, and family activities at the Frankfort Marina on Saturday, creating a vibrant atmosphere for attendees.
The festivities kicked off at 10 a.m. with a vintage car show showcasing dozens of hot rods and classic cars. Visitors were treated to a variety of food trucks, local vendors, and a dedicated kids’ activity area, along with a farmers market that kept everyone engaged throughout the day.
Local bands filled the air with live music, enriching the event’s celebratory spirit. Rick Sassone, Chairman of the Frankfort Harbor Fest Committee, emphasized the importance of the festival, stating, “We put a lot of hours in, and this is the reward: to see everybody happy, everybody dancing. The band lineup is unbelievable; some of the best talent here in Central New York. And with all the crazy things going on in the world, the bad news, the high prices, we can forget about all of that for the day.”
The event continued until 10 p.m. and concluded with an impressive fireworks display, leaving attendees with lasting memories of joy and community spirit.
