Hoyer Global, a logistics and supply chain management company, is planning upgrades and expanding its office space in Nassau Bay. According to a filing from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), the project will cover a 22,000-square-foot area owned by Mission Clear Lake GP, LLC.
