His Royal Highness emphasized the significance of CEER’s first vehicle launch as a crucial step in Saudi Arabia’s pursuit of an industrial ecosystem that thrives on sustainability and prosperity. The initiative aims to bolster the automotive sector, facilitating investments and empowering local talent, thereby positioning Saudi Arabia as a pivotal player in the regional and global automotive landscape.
CEER is introducing the EXOBOT sedan and SUV as part of a broader series of seven models planned for launch over five years. These vehicles will be produced at the advanced CEER Manufacturing Complex, the largest such facility in the Middle East. The designs draw inspiration from Saudi Arabia’s rich culture and landscape while adhering to rigorous global standards.
By 2034, CEER is expected to contribute significantly to the economy, adding USD 8 billion to the GDP and USD 21 billion to trade balance improvements, alongside creating numerous job opportunities. This effort aligns with the Public Investment Fund’s (PIF) strategy to establish a competitive local automotive sector, initiated with the launch of CEER in 2022.
