VWE Automotive Acquired by Main Capital Partners
William Blair has acted as the exclusive financial advisor to VWE Automotive, a portfolio company of NewPort Capital, in its pending acquisition by Main Capital Partners. The agreement was signed on August 10, 2026, with an expected closing date in October.
