Foraker’s presentation will specifically target high school students exploring college and career pathways, along with their advisors. Williams remarked, “Opportunities are endless,” highlighting that universities are increasingly recruiting talented students from the region to strengthen their programs and enhance career prospects in agriculture.

Educated Producers and Consumers

Williams noted that universities are conducting research beneficial to both producers and consumers, stressing the importance of being educated in the production process. Understanding the food chain enables efficiencies and enhances knowledge about meat production.
