A voluntary recall has been issued for 53 cases of Northwest Naturals Raw Diet for Dogs Chicken Recipe due to potential salmonella contamination. No illnesses have been reported in relation to this product.

What Consumers Should Do

Consumers are advised to stop using the recalled pet food and return any unused portions to the place of purchase for a full refund. For further questions, contact Northwest Naturals at 1-866-637-1872 (Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Pacific Time).

Source of Information

This recall was supported by findings from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which collected samples that led to the discovery of salmonella contamination.
