The 2026 CrossFit Quarterfinals are just around the corner, taking place from March 26-30. Following the conclusion of the 2026 CrossFit Open, only the top 25% of competitors from each division have qualified, setting the stage for an intense and exhilarating showdown. The organizers have recently disclosed the four workouts that await these elite athletes.
The workouts will be completed in affiliate gyms, where participants will log their scores on the leaderboards. Shortly after, the results will be finalized, revealing those who will advance to the CrossFit Semifinals.

2026 CrossFit Quarterfinals Workouts
Reminder: All scores must be submitted by 12:00 P.M. (Noon) PT on Monday, March 30th.
Workout One
For time:
- 10 50-foot shuttle runs
- 20 overhead squats
- 30 burpees over the bar
Rest for 1 minute
- 30 burpees over the bar
- 20 overhead squats
- 10 50-foot shuttle runs
Time cap: 12 minutes
Women: 80 lb (36 kg)
Men: 115 lb (52 kg)
Workout Two
For time, completed in any order:
- 80 dumbbell hang squat cleans
- 40 bar muscle-ups
Time cap: 15 minutes
Women: 35 lb (15 kg) dumbbells
Men: 50 lb (22.5 kg) dumbbells
Workout Three
For time, complete the following:
3 rounds of:
- 50 double-unders
- 10 deadlifts at weight 1 (lightest)
2 rounds of:
- 50 double-unders
- 10 deadlifts at weight 2
1 round of:
- 50 double-unders
- 10 deadlifts at weight 3 (heaviest)
Time cap: 12 minutes
Women: 155, 185, 225 lb (70, 83, 102 kg)
Men: 225, 275, 315 lb (102, 125, 143 kg)
Workout Four
For time:
- 1,000-meter row
- 30 clean and jerks
- 1,000-meter row
- 30 strict handstand push-ups
Time cap: 20 minutes
Women: 95 lb (43 kg)
Men: 135 lb (61 kg)
