Polestar Q3 Sales Update
Polestar estimates it sold 14,371 vehicles globally in Q3 2026, marking a 1% increase year-over-year. Year-to-date sales have reached 44,790, up 0.6% from the previous year.
Key Highlights:
- New Deliveries: The company has begun delivering the Polestar 5, while the Polestar 4 expands its offerings in the D-SUV market.
- Exclusion of U.S. Sales: Total sales excluding the U.S. fell 8% in Q3, bringing the estimated count to 12,211 units. Year-to-date sales outside the U.S. are 40,773, down 0.5%.
- CEO Remarks: Michael Lohscheller, CEO, described Q3 as the company’s strongest quarter yet, despite challenging market conditions.
Polestar’s strategy includes reaching new customer segments, and stakeholders will be observing if the new models lead to increased sales throughout the remainder of 2026.
