A recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation indicates that StoneBridge Plaza II, a nine-story corporate building on North MoPac, is undergoing a $1.8 million renovation for the new offices. Lucid Private Offices will occupy the entire ninth floor, featuring 83 private offices, 12 team suites, four conference rooms, and a dedicated library focus room.
