On the recent episode of “Minding Your Business” on News 12+, Senate Republican Leader Anthony Bucco highlighted his 4-point affordability plan aimed at assisting New Jersey residents and businesses.
One key proposal is to reduce the state’s sales tax from 6.625% to 6%. Bucco emphasized that while this change may not significantly impact the overall budget, it could provide residents with increased purchasing power—a critical uplift for those living paycheck to paycheck.
