The transactions involved Spencer Young of Young Automotive Group selling to Jake Casperson of Mountain West Auto Group.
Founded in 1924, Young Automotive Group has a rich history and is recognized for rapid growth, expanding from four to over 30 locations across Utah, Idaho, and Montana. This sale marks another milestone in Performance Brokerage Services’ history, having advised on nearly 450 dealership sales in the last five years.
Jake Casperson’s Mountain West Auto Group, established in 2017, has evolved into a network of four franchised dealerships after starting with vehicle import and wholesale operations.
Post-sale, Young Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram will be rebranded as Mountain West Burley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, while Young GMC will be known as Burley GMC, remaining at their current locations.
