Banijay Entertainment has announced a new organizational structure in the Americas following its merger with All3Media. Ben Samek has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Banijay America, where he will oversee regional growth and enhance digital, live, and sports initiatives.
Banijay America will integrate Turnkey Studio Services (TSS), which offers centralized production support under Justin Medeiros and Jacob Cohen-Holmes. TSS will service both Banijay’s internal productions and third-party labels.
Samek emphasized the merger’s potential to scale operations and foster innovative storytelling. He aims to create enduring franchises that resonate globally. Jane Turton, Deputy CEO, highlighted Samek’s leadership in expanding Banijay America’s portfolio, which includes major franchises such as Big Brother and MasterChef.
Additionally, Banijay Entertainment has launched Banijay Latin America, with Laurens Drillich appointed as CEO, while Samek will remain involved as a board member.
