FyterTech Nonwovens® Celebrates 30 Years of Innovation and Growth
FyterTech Nonwovens® LLC proudly commemorates 30 years of service, a significant achievement attributed to its dedicated workforce and loyal clientele.
Founded in October 1996, FyterTech has evolved into a global supplier of sorbents, wipers, and fluid management solutions, distributing products in over 60 countries across six continents.
Andrew Hetzel Jr., the Founder, Owner, and Chairman, reflected, “Thirty years ago, we had five employees, one plant in Green Bay, and a simple goal: to provide innovative solutions that make the world safer and cleaner.” He emphasized that the company’s success is built on relationships with customers and employees, who have maintained high standards throughout the years.
Today, FyterTech stands as one of the largest vertically integrated manufacturers in its field. The renowned Spilfyter® brand features a comprehensive portfolio that includes absorbent pads, rolls, socks, booms, pillows, spill kits, and wipers, as well as other products designed for specific applications.
CEO Matt Wild noted that this milestone is both a celebration of FyterTech’s legacy and a catalyst for its future, stating, “Our success has been driven by dedicated employees, trusted customers, and the values Andy established from the beginning.” He expressed enthusiasm for the opportunities ahead as the company enters its fourth decade, aiming to expand its reach and enhance capabilities while continuing to develop innovative solutions.
In closing, Hetzel thanked everyone who has been part of the journey: “To every customer, distributor, and employee who has been part of these 30 years, thank you.”
