A Lincolnton, Ga., business owner, Madison Layton Hollimon, 30, was arrested on September 30, 2026, for financial transaction card fraud. She turned herself in to authorities and was booked at the Columbia County Jail. Hollimon is the owner of Mad Marketing LLC in Evans, Ga.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation began its inquiry into her activities on July 28, 2026, following a request from the Lincolnton Police Department, after reports of fraudulent charges on a client’s credit card emerged. Other clients have since come forward with additional fraud allegations against Hollimon.
The GBI’s investigation remains active, and they encourage anyone with information to reach out either via phone at 706-595-2575 or through anonymous tips. Once completed, the case will be handed over to the Columbia Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office for prosecution.
