A tragic incident occurred in Watterstown Township, Wisconsin, where a 3-year-old boy died after being struck by his mother’s vehicle. On Saturday, around 3:34 p.m., the Grant County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call about the accident.
Melinda Brown, 38, was returning home when her son, G. Brown, ran across the driveway to greet her. After she asked him to move so she could park, he headed toward the house but unexpectedly returned to the vehicle’s path without her noticing. He was hit by the front tire of the SUV.
Family members quickly transported him to Emplify Hospital in Boscobel, but he succumbed to his injuries. While the investigation suggests this was a tragic accident, authorities are continuing their inquiries into the matter.
