Porsche Design and Newgard Development Group have unveiled plans for the Porsche Design Concours project in the U.S., with locations set for West Palm Beach, Florida, and Dallas, Texas. These complexes will feature private automotive studios paired with exclusive club spaces designed for collectible car owners. The West Palm Beach site is expected to open in 2028.
The two locations will host a total of 44 studios, each ranging from 2,700 to 6,000 square feet. Buyers will own their studios outright, benefiting from amenities like a full bathroom, bar area, and climate control for vehicle storage. The studios will connect through an interior gallery designed for car displays.
Additionally, each site will offer a private club with facilities including padel courts, wellness areas, dining options, and security services. Notably, the project welcomes collectors of all car brands, not just Porsche enthusiasts, with plans for possible future expansions to other U.S. automotive community centers.
