Arbe Robotics has successfully completed a $15 million underwritten registered direct offering aimed at bolstering its radar technology business in the automotive, defense, and counter-drone sectors. The company, based in Tel Aviv, sold 833,334 ordinary shares at $0.60 each and pre-funded warrants for 24,166,666 shares priced at $0.5999, all generating roughly $15 million in gross proceeds.
The raised funds will primarily support working capital and various growth initiatives, particularly enhancing operations in the automotive market. Recently, Arbe’s radar technology was chosen for a significant Level 3 passenger vehicle program with a major automotive group. The firm also aims to expand its offerings in defense and counter-drone applications.
Arbe’s technology delivers ultra-high-resolution sensing for applications requiring detailed perception and real-time data processing, integrated with proprietary chipsets, radar systems, and AI algorithms. The new funding may also facilitate potential strategic mergers or acquisitions, although specific targets have not been disclosed.
The financing was led by two institutional investors, including AWM Investment Company, which has previously invested in Arbe, with Canaccord Genuity acting as the sole bookrunner for the deal. This capital injection will enhance Arbe’s liquidity as it seeks to transition development activities into broader commercial programs while diversifying its radar technology market presence.
