Willis appoints ex-Aon executive to drive D&F expansion.

Willis Towers Watson’s retail broking division, Willis, has appointed Andy Chang as the growth leader for its global direct and facultative business, based in Miami. Chang will focus on business development and collaborate with regional teams in North America, Europe, London, and Asia Pacific. He reports to Garret Gaughan, the global head of direct and facultative. Prior to this role, Chang was the head of alternative distribution at Aon and has experience in retail, wholesale, and reinsurance roles at various companies.
