Neil Moses Appointed CEO of CallRevu
CallRevu has announced the appointment of Neil Moses as its new CEO, effective September 21. Moses, an experienced software executive, will lead the automotive communication technology company following its recent acquisition of Calldrip.
Moses comes from Wynshop, where he served as CEO, and he previously held the CEO position at Mi9 Retail, transitioning it to a cloud-based platform. At CallRevu, he will focus on scaling the existing platform and enhancing the use of artificial intelligence to improve customer interactions for dealerships.
“CallRevu’s roots in serving automotive dealers give us a clear understanding of where new technology can help them win more business,” Moses stated, emphasizing the importance of AI in improving dealership performance.
Moses holds a J.D. from NYU School of Law and a political science degree from Emory University. His appointment follows a phase of product development and acquisition for CallRevu, including the integration of Calldrip’s technology, which enhances lead-response capabilities and integrates smoothly with existing customer systems.
CallRevu, founded in 2008, specializes in call intelligence and communication technology for automotive retail, serving over 6,000 dealership locations nationwide. With Moses at the helm, the company aims to expand its AI investments and refine its platform to better equip dealerships for customer engagement.
