Harrisburg LaunchBox Teams Up with Rotary Veterans Initiative for Entrepreneur Bootcamp

The Harrisburg LaunchBox, part of the Lambert Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Penn State Harrisburg, is collaborating with the Rotary Veterans Initiative to offer a six-week business bootcamp specifically for veterans and current U.S. military members. Applications are open until October 5, and full eligibility details are available on the LaunchBox website.

During the bootcamp, participants will cover crucial topics such as customer discovery, product-market fit, competitive analysis, marketing, and strategic planning. The program will culminate in a final pitch competition, where participants can compete for up to $4,000 in funding for their startup ideas.

The sessions will take place virtually on Thursday evenings from October 8 to 29, with the final pitch competition scheduled for November 12 at Penn State Harrisburg. This initiative aims to bolster entrepreneurship within the veteran community, which is often underrepresented in the business world.
