HOUSTON, Sept. 22, 2026 — Group 1 Automotive, Inc. (NYSE: GPI) has announced the appointment of Benjamin Hart to its Board of Directors, effective November 1, 2026. This decision expands the Board from ten to eleven directors.
Mr. Hart is part of the investment team for the Acacia funds, managed by Conifer Management L.L.C., one of Group 1’s largest shareholders.
