F=ma Adds Brian Scotto and 321 Action Action to Creative Operations

F=ma, based in Irvine, California, has announced the addition of filmmaker and creative executive Brian Scotto along with his production company 321 Action Action. This move aims to enhance F=ma’s capabilities in producing original content, branded entertainment, and long-form storytelling for automotive and motorsports audiences.
321 Action Action will remain under its own branding while functioning as F=ma’s creative production studio. It will support various projects across RACER, GRIDLIFE, The ID Agency, and commercial partners. Scotto also joins the F=ma Executive Team while retaining his roles as CEO and Chief Creative Officer of 321 Action Action.
James Schiefer, CEO of F=ma, stated: “For decades Brian has been one of the defining creative forces behind modern automotive culture… Bringing Brian and 321 into the F=ma family allows us to pair the industry’s strongest media, events, and marketing platform with one of its most respected creative storytellers.”
Scotto founded 321 Action Action after serving as co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of Hoonigan Industries. Notably, his work has garnered over 1 billion views, and the company won three Gold and two Silver Telly Awards in the past year.
“This recent shift opens up a vastly larger opportunity for storytelling in our space… automotive enthusiasts are ready for larger-scale documentaries and premium shows,” Scotto noted.
With over two decades of experience in automotive media, Scotto has a background in editing several enthusiast publications and co-creating the Gymkhana franchise, which received Emmy recognition and multiple awards.
Within F=ma, 321 Action Action will focus on developing original content, branded projects, documentaries, and cinematic productions.
