Kanak Agrawal, an IIT Kanpur graduate, once lived a life that epitomized conventional success. She secured a prestigious role at McKinsey in Gurgaon and later co-founded a startup, spending five years building her business. However, despite this outward success, Kanak felt that her life lacked personal fulfillment. “I didn’t quit because any of it was bad. I quit because none of it felt mine,” she reflected.
