Kroenke Sports & Entertainment is set to commence a $135 million renovation project at Ball Arena. Key updates include:
- East Atrium Expansion: A 30,000-square-foot addition featuring a new glass facade and escalators, along with a redesigned team shop.
- Enhanced Access: Wider ingress and egress points and improved concourses.
- Premium Amenities: New point-of-sale technologies and additional luxury spaces.
- Outdoor Features: A large LED screen for sports viewing and a 34,000-square-foot pedestrian plaza facing Chopper Circle.
This project will be implemented in phases to minimize disruption, with completion expected by the 2028-29 season. Funding will come from private sources.
