Devin Boyer, senior vice president and Central Iowa market leader for Nicolet National Bank in West Des Moines, has been appointed to the American Bankers Association’s Emerging Leaders Council for the 2026-27 year. This council focuses on identifying and developing current and future banking leaders while guiding ABA programming in areas such as leadership development, networking, and financial literacy.
Boyer expressed enthusiasm for collaborating with fellow leaders to drive innovation and enhance the role of banks in supporting Iowa’s economic growth. He was previously recognized as a 2022 Business Record Forty Under 40 honoree. His term on the council begins on October 25.
