The conference will feature sessions focused on laboratory and hands-on activities, led by science educators and organizations from across the state. With various subject areas and experience levels represented, attendees can expect valuable insights and ideas to take back to their classrooms.
“Making this conference almost free of charge is intended to remove barriers for teachers to attend,” said Lindsey Kiecker, VCSU Assistant Professor. “It’s vital to reignite the NDSTA to strengthen the network of science educators in North Dakota.”
Veteran teacher Ryan Bleth, NDSTA treasurer, highlights the importance of the conference for both new and experienced educators, emphasizing the welcoming community and support that the NDSTA can provide.
