Trinity Lutheran Church & School in Bend, Ore., recently held its annual car show, gathering car enthusiasts to support local veterans. Approximately 175 cars were on display, accompanied by food, vendors, a raffle, and prizes. Proceeds from the event went to the Central Oregon Band of Brothers, which assists veterans and their families in the area.
Emcee James Bird highlighted that the event transcended just a car show, referring to the showcased vehicles as art pieces, reflecting the dedication and effort their owners poured into creating them. In past years, the event raised significant funds, exceeding $15,000 for Battle Buddies in 2024 and over $20,000 for Warrior Impact in 2025.
