Space Force Designates Lake Kickapoo, Texas, as the Third DARC Location

The U.S. Space Force has selected a site at Lake Kickapoo, Texas, as part of its next-generation ground-based space awareness network. This choice completes a triad of locations for the Deep Space Advanced Radar Capability (DARC), aimed at enhancing the military’s deep space monitoring capabilities.
