This integrated service provides a comprehensive range of retirement offerings, including plan consulting, institutional investment management, and personalized financial advice—all for a transparent fee.
Ralph Haberli, CEO of Edelman Financial Engines, emphasized the service’s goal of enhancing financial outcomes for retirement savers and appealing to businesses that want to attract talent without the burden of managing complex retirement plans. This solution also includes a 3(38) fiduciary responsibility at both the plan and participant level, ensuring employees receive advanced investment options and personalized support.
The new initiative builds upon EFE’s existing financial wellness services provided through ADP since 2018, enhancing its capabilities to serve more employees with tailored retirement solutions. Edelman Financial Engines, a leading independent wealth management firm, manages over $300 billion in assets and supports nearly 600 large U.S. employers.
