Jeff Wyler Automotive Family Partners with University of Cincinnati
The Jeff Wyler Automotive Family has announced a significant partnership with the University of Cincinnati that aims to enhance community engagement and reflects the dealership’s team-oriented culture.
CEO David Wyler describes this collaboration as more than just a sponsorship; it’s about leveraging sports marketing to build a lasting brand presence rather than seeking immediate financial returns. This partnership will activate employees around the university’s athletic programs, fostering interactions that benefit both the dealership and the university.
Focus on Culture and Growth
Wyler also shared insights on the importance of culture in their recent growth, especially following the acquisition of Midwest Auto Group, now rebranded as TWC. The strategy focuses on integrating the strongest aspects of both organizations, which has led to TWC achieving nearly 500 retail vehicle sales in August—40% above their previous record.
Rather than relying on traditional management titles, the organization has embraced a coaching model. General managers act as head coaches, recruiting and developing talent, while the dealership holds daily practices to enhance skills and attract customers. The partnership with the University of Cincinnati further reinforces these organizational values and strengthens ties to the local community.
