A 32-year-old man from Aragon, Drake Ladon Keef, is facing new charges after allegedly striking and killing a woman with his car on Chulio Road. Keef, who was already charged with aggravated battery, hit and run, driving on a suspended license, and probation violation, is now charged with vehicular homicide.
Keef reportedly struck Stevie Marie Thompson on August 22 in an “offensive and malicious manner,” then fled the scene, leaving her with severe injuries. Thompson later succumbed to her injuries. Authorities noted that Keef was driving with a suspended license at the time of the incident.
