UK MedTech Strolll secures €5 million in funding from Innovate UK, alongside further investment led by IW Capital.

Strolll, a Stafford-based SaMD company specializing in Augmented Reality for neurorehabilitation, has secured new investments led by IW Capital, supported by Cleveland Clinic and Future Planet Capital. They received a €4.18 million innovation loan and an €813.2k Growth Catalyst Investor Partnerships award from Innovate UK, totaling €5 million in funding.

Founded in 2018, Strolll develops digital therapeutics via AR glasses for neurorehabilitation, aiming to enhance patient engagement and clinical support. The funds will accelerate the development of StrolllAssessment, which utilizes AI and a biomechanics lab to streamline clinical validations, and introduce StrolllAcute, a bedside AR rehabilitation system for acute patients.

Scott O’Brien from Innovate UK emphasized the company’s technical excellence and commercial potential, highlighting the support for innovation and business growth. This investment positions Strolll for significant advancements in the neurorehabilitation market.
