Palmer Holland has reorganized its Industrial Specialties business into four dedicated market teams: Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants & Elastomers, Engineered Materials, and Lubricants. This new structure, effective from August 25, replaces the previous combined organization and aims to enhance market specialization and strengthen supplier relationships.
Each team will have its own leadership, technical support, and commercial strategies. The leadership appointments include:
- Dave Ruggieri as Business Director for Coatings
- Alex Snyder leading Adhesives, Sealants & Elastomers
- John Battaglia heading Engineered Materials
- Matt Miller responsible for Lubricants
Tony Denton will serve as the Senior Vice President of Industrial Specialties, while Ron Zmich transitions to Director of Commercial Training and Development.
Additionally, John Outcalt has been appointed Vice President of International Sales and Strategy, reflecting the company’s expansion into Latin America. CEO Tim Skufca emphasized that the changes are designed to bring leadership and decision-making closer to the markets they serve.
