The University of Scranton has unveiled its new Office of Student Support and Success (OSSS), located on the second floor of Alumni Memorial Hall. This updated space expands the OSSS by over 2,000 square feet, enhancing its capacity for academic support services, including testing accommodations, tutoring, and coaching.
The redesign aims to provide a more welcoming environment for students, featuring a central hub for tutoring and a dedicated space for neurodivergent students. The OSSS team boasts over 50 years of combined experience, offering peer-based academic resources at no cost.
The new space became fully operational on August 17, 2026, with plans for an open house to meet the OSSS staff coming soon. This relocation emphasizes the university’s commitment to seamless academic support access, ensuring every student can find and utilize the necessary resources effectively.
