JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. — The St. Johns County Public Library System is celebrating Library Card Sign-up Month this September with an exciting discount program called “Community Connections.” This initiative connects library cardholders to over 115 local businesses, offering exclusive deals throughout the month.
Program Highlights
- Initial Launch: The program debuted in 2024 with 34 partner businesses and has expanded significantly this year.
- Community Support: Alex Barr, the community engagement coordinator for SJCPLS, emphasizes the collaboration between local businesses and the library as a vital part of community support.
