NEP Group Announces Leadership Transition at Creative Technology Group
Las Vegas, NV — September 2, 2026 — NEP Group, a leading provider of media services and live event solutions, has unveiled leadership changes for its Global Live Events division, Creative Technology Group, coinciding with the company’s 40th anniversary.
Leadership Changes
Graham Andrews, the founder and CEO of Creative Technology, will step down from day-to-day responsibilities at the end of 2026 but will remain involved as a non-executive director on the NEP Board starting January 1, 2027. Tom See, an industry veteran with significant experience in live events, will take over as President of Creative Technology Group on September 14, 2026, and become the leader of the global business from January 1, 2027.
Tom See’s Background
Tom See previously held the role of Chief Strategy Officer for Live Nation International Venues and has a robust history in the live events sector, having served as President of Live Nation Venues. In that capacity, he managed over 120 venues and 15,000 events, reaching more than 25 million fans annually.
