NHC: Tropical Storm Cristobal to Be Downgraded Soon, 2 Other Disturbances Tracked in Atlantic

- Location: West-southwest of the Azores
- Winds: Tropical-storm-force winds extend up to 80 miles from the center
- Maximum Sustained Winds: 40 mph
- Minimum Central Pressure: 1010 mb
- Forecast: Gradual weakening expected, with full dissipation likely by Thursday.
- Current Status: No threat to land; about 680 miles west of the Azores, moving ENE at 16 mph.

- Located midway between the Lesser Antilles and the west coast of Africa.
- Development Potential: Conditions are favorable for development; likely to form into a tropical depression in the next day or two.

- A tropical wave located a few hundred miles south of the Cabo Verde Islands.
- Development Potential: Environmental conditions are conducive for development; a tropical depression may form this weekend.
