Trimontium
Trimontium, an institutionally-backed alternative asset manager with $1.5 billion in assets under management, has appointed Graham Morrison as General Counsel.
Morrison brings extensive experience in legal, regulatory, governance, and compliance initiatives across various jurisdictions. He has a proven track record in managing complex cross-border investments and transactions in both public and private markets. Previously, he served 15 years at King Street Capital Management as a Managing Director, and before that, he worked as a corporate finance lawyer at Clifford Chance LLP in London.
Vlado Spasov, founder and CIO, expressed enthusiasm for Morrison’s role: “Graham’s appointment is central to our vision of building a team that combines deep investment expertise with institutional-grade infrastructure.”
Trimontium is headquartered in London, with a presence in Luxembourg, and plans to expand to New York. Trimontium Capital Limited is an appointed representative of Capricorn Fund Managers Limited, which is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK.
Citi Investment Management
Citi Investment Management (CIM) has appointed Rob Lunn as Head of Portfolio Solutions & Investment Specialists for EMEA, effective August 3. He will report to Kerry White, head of CIM, Investment Solutions.
Lunn has over 25 years of industry experience, with more than 20 years at Morgan Stanley in senior leadership roles within Investment Management. His responsibilities included sales country head for the UK, Ireland, and South Africa, and overseeing international financial institutions coverage. He played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s market presence and integrating alternatives into their product platform.
In his new role at Citi, Lunn will advance CIM’s strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, while driving growth in managed investments and collaborating with various teams to enhance the firm’s offerings.
Kerry White praised Lunn’s industry expertise and leadership skills, confident that he will significantly contribute to strengthening CIM’s franchise.
