In a recent revelation, Kim Kardashian shared insights into her comprehensive wellness routine, which she diligently follows to maintain her health.
On the May 19 episode of Amy Poehler‘s Good Hang podcast, the founder of Skims, 45, disclosed that her health regimen is so demanding that she occasionally feels fatigued by it.
“I take around 35 supplements a day, divided into three doses,” she revealed, adding, “I experience pill fatigue.”
Kardashian noted that fish oil capsules are particularly challenging for her due to their size. She shared that she once paused taking them, only to discover through blood tests that she had a noticeable difference in her health.
“I had to reinstate them,” she mentioned.

She also mentioned that she and her family often engage in mobile DEXA scans to keep track of their bone density and overall health.
“We all live in the same gated community,” the Kardashians star explained, referencing her sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and their mother Kris Jenner. “So we have the van pick us up, and we all hop in.”
The health-conscious mother of four has become increasingly vigilant about her well-being in recent years, particularly after disclosing on an October episode of Good Morning America that a Prenuvo body scan had detected a brain aneurysm.
“Health is wealth,” Kardashian emphasized on GMA. “You have to be cautious about everything you do.”
