Pet Supplies Plus to Open in Powdersville Plaza Spring 2027
POWDERSVILLE — A new Pet Supplies Plus store is set to open in Spring 2027 at Powdersville Plaza. The store will offer a variety of pet supplies and a self-service pet grooming center.
Founded in 1988, Pet Supplies Plus boasts over 700 locations nationwide, including more than a dozen in South Carolina. This will be the sixth location in the Upstate.
Barnes Connell, managing director at Aston, noted, “Pet Supplies Plus is a natural addition to Powdersville Plaza, giving neighbors a convenient place to pick up what their pets need or bring them in for grooming.” Connell emphasized ongoing improvements in the shopping center, which include refreshed storefronts and a new Publix planned for 2027.
Franchisee Ken Crowder, who also operates a location in Salisbury, N.C., will own the new Powdersville store.
Powdersville Plaza features various businesses such as Goodwill, a UPS store, and the Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology, and has seen recent improvements including updated parking lots and landscaping.
